Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volume, especially around holidays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and select countries across the EU, Asia, and Middle East. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us at shop.soledept@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at shop.soledept@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll help resolve the issue.
